By using PJG Grading you agree to these terms. You must be 13+ to use our services.

Grading decisions are final. Cards submitted must be genuine collectibles. Counterfeit submission is grounds for account termination.

Marketplace: Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions. PJG charges a single all-in commission on completed sales (card price + shipping), inclusive of payment processing, with a small per-order minimum. Current rates are published on the Fees page (/fees); members may have reduced rates. Sale proceeds are released after delivery is confirmed (or auto-confirmed 7/14 days after shipping).

Coverage and liability limits

While your card is in PJG's care — from the moment we sign for your package until the return shipment is delivered — it is covered against loss or damage up to the limit of the service tier you selected: Standard ฿20,000 per card · Premium ฿100,000 per card · Express ฿300,000 per card. Compensation is the card's fair market value, up to that limit. Cards shipped to us remain the sender's responsibility until we sign for them.

No post-grading upcharges

The price you pay when you submit is final. PJG never charges an additional fee because a card receives a high grade or increases in value — no upcharges, ever.

Shipping, customs and taxes

All shipping costs, import/export duties, taxes and customs fees relating to sending cards to PJG or returning them to you are the customer’s responsibility. If customs charges any duty or tax to PJG for your shipment, we will invoice it back to you and may hold grading or the return shipment until it is reimbursed. Customs declarations must state true values — PJG always declares truthfully on return shipments.

Auction rules

A bid is a binding commitment to buy. If you win an auction, you must complete payment within 48 hours at your winning price. An unpaid win counts as a strike against your account — two strikes within 30 days suspends your bidding privileges for 30 days.

Bidding on your own items, directly or through related accounts (shill bidding), is strictly prohibited and leads to auction cancellation and account suspension. Sellers may continue to sell via Buy Now or accepted offers while an auction runs — a completed direct sale cancels the auction and all bidders are notified. PJG may cancel any auction to protect marketplace integrity.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: list counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented cards; manipulate auctions (including shill bidding) or feedback; circumvent PJG to complete a sale off-platform after connecting through us; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users; or use the service to break any applicable law. We may remove content, cancel transactions, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Card Registry

The PJG card registry (serial pages, QR verification, provenance history and ownership-transfer records) is an internal platform record maintained by PJG. It is not a legal document of title, a government registry, or proof of ownership outside the platform, and it does not replace any legal requirement applicable to the sale or transfer of goods. Registry entries reflect information recorded on the platform at the time of each event; PJG may correct entries that are shown to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

Intellectual property and your content

The PJG name, logo, site, and software are the property of PJG or its licensors. When you upload card images, listings, or other content, you keep your rights but grant PJG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the service (for example, marketplace listings, certificates, and shareable card pages). You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Grading and authentication are expert opinions, not guarantees, and the service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Card-specific coverage is limited to the caps stated above. To the extent permitted by law, PJG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law, changes, and termination

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing-law jurisdiction — to be confirmed before public launch], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. You may close your account at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new last-updated date, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
